Seaside’s annual Halloween celebration is October 25th and 26th! 
On Saturday, it’s the Witches & Warlocks Paddle, and the Carnival Games at Quatat Park. 
On Sunday, kick the celebrations off with a Pet Parade, then it’s a Trunk or Treat and the GIANT Pumpkin Drop!
